Research use only

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and are not for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, or treatment.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are buying for lawful research, and that you understand the hazards of handling research chemicals.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. KRATOS ORDER may review, accept, or decline an order, including for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or concerns regarding unlawful use. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily constitute acceptance. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund for the canceled items to the original payment method. We will communicate material changes or cancellations to the email address provided at checkout.

Order cancellations

To request cancellation, contact orders@kratosorder.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped, but cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun. If a cancellation is accepted after payment, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRATOS ORDER LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, or misuse of its products. Customers agree to indemnify KRATOS ORDER LLC against third-party claims arising from their unlawful use or misuse of products. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, subject to applicable federal law.
