What we collect
The details you give us to place an order (name, address, email, phone) and basic analytics about how the site is used. Card details go directly to our payment processor and never touch our servers.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, answer support requests, and send order updates. We send marketing email only if you sign up for it, and every message has an unsubscribe link.
Sharing
We share order details only with the companies needed to run the store and deliver your order: PayPal (payment processing); USPS, UPS and FedEx (shipping); Resend (order emails); Supabase (secure order and account storage); and Vercel (website hosting). We don't sell personal information.
Data retention
KRATOS ORDER LLC retains customer information only as long as reasonably necessary to process orders, maintain customer accounts, provide support, and comply with applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Information is deleted or anonymized when no longer required, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Your privacy rights
